About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and admissions for our skilled training programs in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design & Video Editing, Web Development, SEO, AI, and other technology and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable career and skill-development programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and admission records.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the training team for student onboarding.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, counselling sessions, and promotional activities.




- Prepare daily and weekly reports of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Solid counselling, convincing, and sales skills.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Basic computer, Excel, and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Confident and professional personality.

Education

12th Pass / Graduate

Candidates with experience in admission counselling, education sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer counselling will be preferred.

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives may be provided based on admission conversions and achievement of assigned targets.
