Body Wave Health & Fitness Centre is looking for an energetic, organised, and result-oriented Receptionist & Data Entry Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing front desk operations, handling customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and effectively following up with leads to convert enquiries into memberships.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Follow up with current leads and enquiries regularly.
- Convert potential leads into memberships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain proper lead follow-up and conversion records.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain client databases.
- Support daily administrative and front office operations.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff for smooth operations.
- Capture good-quality photos and videos of gym activities, client transformations, and events.

Qualifications

- Office Administration, MBA, Hospital Managment Preffered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong lead follow-up and conversion skills.
- Good customer handling and convincing ability.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and data entry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Basic smartphone photography and videography knowledge.
- Energetic, positive, creative, and result-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in reception, front office, hospitality, customer service, sales, or lead conversion.
- Experience in handling WhatsApp/phone enquiries and converting leads into customers will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
