We are hiring Relationship Officers – Gold Loan to acquire recent customers, manage existing relationships, and support gold-loan business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers and expand the gold-loan portfolio.
- Identify potential customers through local market activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support gold valuation and loan processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking procedures.
- Handle customer follow-ups, renewals, and portfolio management.
- Monitor portfolio quality and assist with collection activities.
- Achieve assigned business and sales targets.

Required Candidate Profile

- Candidates interested in banking and sales.
- Minimum 3-6 months experience in gold loans, banking,



NBFCs, or financial services preferred.
- Basic knowledge of finance and loan operations.
- Experience knowledge in gold-loan appraisal, sourcing, renewals, and collections is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates Need to Speak Local Language
- Willingness to work in the field/local market.
- Education: HSC/12TH/ANY DEGREE
- Age: 22 to 32 years.
