Job Title: International Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented International Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing international marketing and export assignments for various clients, ensuring seamless communication between manufacturers and institutional/retail buyers, conducting thorough market research, and providing comprehensive support to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) throughout the export process.

The selected candidate will also contribute to the planning and execution of Bharat Buildcon, a prestigious annual mega exhibition supported by the Indian Ministry of Commerce. As part of this initiative, the candidate will be responsible for inviting international delegates, coordinating with government authorities such as the Indian Embassy and various trade associations, and managing a range of tasks to ensure successful participation and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to international clients, domestic visitors, partners, and prospects to support marketing campaigns and relationship-building.
- Assist the international marketing team in executing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and execute international marketing and export strategies for clients.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
- Interact with Manufacturer Clients:
- Communicate buyer expectations to manufacturer clients.
- Assist in aligning product offerings with international market demands.
- Engage with Institutional and Retail Buyers:
- Establish and manage relationships with institutional and retail buyers.
- Set clear expectations for quality standards, pricing, packaging,



and delivery schedules.
- Conduct Market Research:
- Perform market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in international markets.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights for clients based on research findings.
- Provide Support to MSMEs:
- Offer guidance and support to MSMEs at various stages of the international business process.
- Facilitate training and workshops to enhance export capabilities.
- Prepare and Present Reports:
- Compile progress reports and updates on international marketing projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a explicit and professional manner.
- Collaborate with Associations and Institutions:
- Work closely with industry associations and institutions to promote export initiatives.
- Coordinate international business delegations and trade missions from India to target countries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Experience in international marketing, export management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively.
- Proficiency in market research and report preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
