We are looking for an experienced HR professional with proven recruitment track record in retail company.
Role and responsibilities:
- Hire Sales candidates for stores - urgent requirement for upcoming Diwali season.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of store managers and back-end skilled professionals in marketing and data analytics.
- Track employee work performance with score card.
- Monitor and take action store employees attendance, leaves and discipline.
- Valuable knowledge of payroll and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
