Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive sales assistant to support our Sales and sourcing operations. The ideal candidate will handle supplier communication, quotation management, and documentation — all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential suppliers for available stock.
- Request and review quotations, compare pricing, and maintain vendor information.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers via email, phone, or online platforms.
- Track order status and delivery timelines and maintain accurate purchase records.




- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Support negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Prepare regular reports on purchases, costs, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently from home.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Basic understanding of inventory or trading processes is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (Urdu/Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
