Experienced Telecaller – Agrocops KVVVK

- Job Role: Application Processing & Conversion Agrocops KVVVK is looking for experienced and target-oriented Telecallers to handle daily leads, process applications, and convert qualified leads into successful franchise blockings.
- Key Responsibilities: - Receive and manage daily leads assigned by the organization. - Contact leads promptly and understand their requirements. - Explain the Agrocops KVVVK franchise opportunity, process and requirements clearly. - Convert leads into applications through effective communication and follow-up. - Maintain continuous follow-up with applicants until successful conversion. - Coordinate with the concerned team for application processing and blocking. - Ensure every qualified lead is followed up systematically. - Maintain accurate daily records of calls, applications, follow-ups and conversions. - Achieve the assigned daily and monthly conversion targets.
- Performance Target: - Daily target: Minimum 01 successful closing/blocking per day. - Performance will be monitored based on lead handling, application conversion, follow-up efficiency and successful blockings.
- Salary & Incentives: - Starting Salary: ₹10,000 per month - Incentive:



₹500 for every successful blocking/closing - Higher performance will be recognized through additional responsibilities, incentives and career growth opportunities.
