Promoter – Job Description

Position: Promoter

Location: Panampilly Nagar / Kaloor

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Sunday

Weekly Off: 4 days off per month

Job Responsibilities

- Promote and explain the company’s products to customers.
- Approach potential customers and generate sales.
- Demonstrate product features and perks.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good communication and customer relationships.
- Report daily sales and customer feedback to the supervisor.

Salary & Incentive

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000
- Sales Incentive: 3% on sales made by the promoter.
- Incentive will be calculated based on the total eligible sales generated by the promoter.

Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Previous sales/promoter experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work according to the assigned schedule.
