Key Responsibilities

- Administer, support, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow in production and non-production environments.
- Perform daily operations such as:
- - User provisioning & de-provisioning
- Access certifications
- Access request workflows
- Application onboarding support

- Troubleshoot issues related to connectors, provisioning, tasks, jobs, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Work with internal teams to optimize and enhance IAM/IGA processes.
- Support broader security initiatives including:
- - Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
- Patch management coordination
- Identity hygiene and governance improvements

- Learn and contribute to CyberArk EPM administration (training will be provided).
- Provide documentation, SOPs,



and operational runbooks for IAM processes.
- Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to maintain security controls and evidence.

Required Qualifications

- At least 5-6 years of experience in IAM/IGA operations, with strong hands-on exposure to SailPoint Admin functionalities.
- Experience with:
- - Identity lifecycle management
- Access certifications
- Application onboarding
- Policy and role administration

- Basic understanding of:
- - Privileged access concepts (PAM)
- Endpoint security or EPM tools
- Patch cycles and OS/application updates

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams as needed.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
