ABOUT TRAVEL LUXIS

Travel Luxis is a growing travel company and Thailand-focused DMC providing holiday packages, hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, tours and complete travel solutions to B2B travel partners.

We are looking for a Ticketing Executive with good GDS knowledge, strong communication skills and a passion for the travel industry.

YOUR ROLE

As a Ticketing Executive, you will handle day-to-day flight ticketing requirements, assist with reservations and ensure smooth coordination with clients, agents and internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle flight reservation and ticketing requirements.
- Work confidently on GDS systems, especially Galileo.
- Search flight availability, schedules and fares.
- Make new reservations and process ticket issuance.
- Handle reissues, cancellations, refunds and ticket amendments as per applicable airline rules.
- Check fare rules, baggage allowances, penalties and applicable conditions.
- Coordinate with travel agents, clients and internal teams regarding ticketing requirements.
- Respond quickly to ticketing queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, tickets and related documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of passenger names, travel dates, sectors and ticket details.
- Coordinate with the operations/reservation team for complete travel requirements.




- Follow airline and company procedures while processing tickets.

REQUIREMENTS

- 0–2 years of experience in airline ticketing/travel operations.
- Practical knowledge of GDS – Galileo is required.
- Understanding of flight reservations and ticketing processes.
- Knowledge of reissue, cancellation and refund procedures will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of airline fares and basic fare rules.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple ticketing requests efficiently.
- Candidates from a travel agency, DMC or holiday company background are preferred.
