HR Generalist
Job Type: Full-time, In-person
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Courage One Ventures is looking for an experienced HR qualified who can take ownership of day-to-day HR activities and support the company as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up and onboarding
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
- Support payroll, PF/ESI and other HR operational activities
- Handle employee concerns, engagement and basic grievance management
- Manage onboarding and exit processes
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee follow-ups
- Maintain and improve HR processes and policies
- Work closely with management on hiring and people-related requirements

What We Are Looking For





- 2 - 4 years of relevant HR experience
- Practical experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Ability to independently handle HR responsibilities
- Good communication and people-handling skills
- Organized and comfortable working in a growing company
- Robust ownership and problem-solving approach
- Comfortable working from our Coimbatore office

Preferred

Experience handling multiple HR functions such as recruitment, payroll support, employee relations, performance management, compliance or HR operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
