About the Role

Kings Club is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Commis 2 – Chinese to support the Chinese Kitchen team. The candidate will assist in food preparation and cooking while ensuring consistency, hygiene, quality, and timely service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in preparing Chinese dishes according to standard recipes.

Assist senior chefs with Chinese kitchen operations and service.

Prepare basic noodles, fried rice, stir-fried dishes, sauces, soups, and other Chinese preparations.

Handle vegetables, meats, seafood, sauces, and other ingredients appropriately.

Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portion size, and presentation.

Keep the workstation and kitchen clean and organized.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.

Support banquets, events,



and regular restaurant operations.Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.

0–2 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen, hotel, restaurant, or club.

Basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.Willingness to learn and work under senior chefs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and events.Good teamwork, discipline, and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
