Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated Telecallers to promote and sell our JEE & NEET preparation courses. The role involves outbound calling to leads, counselling students/parents, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads
● Explain JEE/NEET course features, benefits, pricing, and offers
● Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
● Convert leads into admissions (conversion is mandatory)
● Follow up with interested prospects until closure
● Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
● Achieve daily call targets and monthly revenue targets
● Handle objections and negotiate effectively




● Coordinate with academic and operations teams when required

Skills Required

● Robust communication skills (English/Regional language preferred)
● Persuasion and negotiation skills
● Sales mindset with result-oriented approach
● Ability to counsel students and parents confidently
