Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Support Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion production support, integration monitoring, data management, security administration, and technical troubleshooting. The role involves supporting Oracle Fusion applications by monitoring integrations and scheduled processes, managing data loads, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting workflows and approvals, and collaborating with functional teams to identify root causes and resolve production incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion production support.
- Hands-on experience monitoring Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
- Expertise in SOAP and REST API troubleshooting.
- Experience with FBDI and ADI data loading processes.




- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion workflows and approval management.
- Experience managing security roles, user provisioning, and access controls.
- Proficiency in SQL and ad hoc scripting for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Experience with ESS jobs, scheduled processes, and batch job monitoring.
- Robust understanding of Fusion data extracts and reporting support.

Support & Troubleshooting

- Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting technical root cause analysis (RCA).
- Ability to analyze logs, interfaces, and transaction data.
- Experience supporting high-volume production environments.
