Job Title: Financial Advisor Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Financial Advisor to guide clients in making informed financial decisions. The role involves understanding client needs, offering suitable financial solutions, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand clients’ financial goals and current financial situation
- Provide guidance on savings, investments, and financial planning options
- Explain financial products and services in a simple and explicit manner
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for portfolio updates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve assigned business targets and performance goals
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines

Skills Required:

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of financial concepts (investment, savings, budgeting)




- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain complex topics in simple language
- Confidence in client interaction and calling
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years experience can apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage

Work Type:

- Client-facing / Advisory role
- May involve calling, meetings, or virtual consultations depending on the company setup

- Quality of financial advice provided
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly targets
- Customer satisfaction and relationship strength

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹49,940.99 per month
