Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor (Elevator & Escalator Projects) Railway Project

Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 0 to 5 years of hands-on site experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Elevator Groundwork:

* Verify lift shafts and pits according to technical drawings and dimensions.

* Ensure proper pit depth, concrete work, and effective waterproofing.

* Inspect structural reaction points, beams, and anchor bolt markings required for installation.

* Escalator Groundwork:

* Prepare escalator trenches and truss support points as per civil engineering plans.

* Verify load-bearing capacities and structural support points with the engineering team.

* Site Management & Supervision:

* Supervise contractors and daily labor activities on-site.





* Align civil works with vendor-specific guidelines and structural dimensions.

* Enforce safety protocols and standards across the project site.

* Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to track execution milestones.

Required Skills:

* Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D civil and structural drawings.

* In-depth understanding of lift shafts, pit waterproofing, and reinforcement techniques.

* Robust leadership to manage laborers, masons, and technical vendors effectively.

- * Problem-solving skills to address on-site structural discrepancies quickly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
