Customer Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and motivated Inbound Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and convert incoming leads into sales.

The candidate will be responsible for attending inbound leads from WhatsApp, social media, website enquiries, and other channels, speaking with customers over calls, understanding their requirements, and following up with them to close sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and respond to inbound customer leads.
- Call interested customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers.
- Explain product details, pricing, offers, and services clearly.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain proper records of customer follow-ups and sales.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer orders and queries.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in calling, telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
- Must be comfortable speaking in both English and Hindi.




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to follow up with customers.
- Jewellery or e-commerce sales experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

1+ year of calling, telesales, customer service, or sales experience preferred.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident on calls, communicates professionally, follows up consistently, and is interested in building a career in sales.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply, but candidates with previous calling or sales experience will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
