Prior experience in general insurance (first priority)
End-to-end process handling and client interaction experience
Strong knowledge of general insurance and underwriting/claims processes
Proficiency in Excel and data handling
Ability to manage client experience effectively
Familiarity with insurance operations and regulations
Comfortable working in a hybrid mode (all days from office)
Ability to work on screen-based tasks throughout the day
Fire, Marine Insurance Knowledge; Claims experience
