HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, training, employee relations, compliance, and exit management. This role is crucial in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer generation and onboarding.
- Oversee pre-onboarding and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of current hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR operations, and process HR-related letters and documentation.
- Coordinate attendance and leave management, ensuring accurate data for payroll processing.
- Liaise with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing, including managing deductions and reimbursements.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and appraisals.




- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, and assist with audits.
- Manage the exit process for departing employees, including clearance and final settlements.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
