Title: Global Subsidiary Oversight Function (GSOF Trinzic is being established as an independent public company through the planned separation of KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business, which is expected to be completed on January 4, 2027. This role offers a rare opportunity to join the organization during a pivotal period of growth and transformation, helping support global tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities that contribute to critical government and commercial missions around the world. Perform day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks supporting branch and subsidiary entity operations Responsibilities: + Support financial reporting related to international tax filings (income tax, CIT/PIT) + Provide audit support for statutory filings and coordinate with external auditors as needed + Maintain and track accounting compliance calendars and deliverables across entities + Assist with imputed income calculations and related reporting + Assist with subsidiary/branch management activities spanning accounting, tax,



and labor law compliance matters + Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation for filings and audits + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on entity-level matters Required Qualifications + Education background in Accounting, Finance, or related field + Experience in accounting operations, preferably supporting multi-entity or international structures + Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) + Experience with Costpoint + Experience with Cognos and OnBase + Familiarity with AI tools, particularly agentic AI workflows, and willingness to integrate them into daily work + Working knowledge of Power BI + Exposure to statutory reporting, foreign tax filings, or branch accounting + Understanding of imputed income and benefits-related tax reporting + Solid organizational skills with ability to manage recurring compliance deadlines Decarbonization - Energy Transition - Sustainability
