The Role:

Keep WWS running, secure, and supported.
As Supervisor BAE & CIO, you will lead the day-to-day management of business applications, IT infrastructure, end-user support, system availability, security, incidents, changes, and vendor coordination.
You will ensure that employees have reliable access to the tools and systems they need while maintaining strong SLA, security, uptime, and service standards.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead BAE & CIO support operations and assign daily priorities.
Monitor and resolve application, infrastructure, network, and access issues.
Track incidents, changes, escalations, and resolution timelines.
Maintain server, backup, system availability, and network performance.
Monitor security alerts, access controls, and compliance requirements.
Track vendor performance and SLA compliance.
Support application rollouts, user training, and system adoption.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, and operational reports.
Identify recurring issues and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations.

TARGET: 99.9% System Uptime 95% SLA Compliance
Measured through uptime, incident resolution, SLA adherence, security compliance, backup success, and reduction in recurring IT issues.

You will fight system downtime, unresolved incidents, security gaps, poor application adoption, and vendor SLA failures.




Your goal is to identify issues early, restore services quickly, and prevent the same problem from happening again.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
6 + years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, application support, or related operations.
Experience in team supervision or IT service coordination.
Working knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networks, applications, backups, and IT troubleshooting.
Understanding of incident, change, problem, and SLA management.
Strong knowledge of IT security, access management, and compliance.
Experience with vendor coordination and reporting is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, team-management skills, delegation, accountability, and conflict-resolution skills.
