Position Overview

Digiclarity is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer (SDE-2) with 8–11 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#/.NET Core, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.

You will take end-to-end ownership of features, working across the frontend, backend, database, and asynchronous workflows. You will contribute to healthcare-focused, high-availability web applications while working closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams.

The role requires strong practical problem-solving skills, understanding of SaaS architecture, secure development practices, performance optimization, and contemporary software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver end-to-end features using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#/.NET Core, and PostgreSQL.

- Build responsive and accessible Single Page Applications (SPAs) with secure authentication, forms, routing, and reusable components.

- Design and maintain scalable REST APIs, including consistent authentication, pagination, validation, and error-handling contracts.

- Implement backend services using C#/.NET Core, Dependency Injection, and asynchronous programming.

- Work with PostgreSQL for complex joins, transactions, query optimization, and safe concurrent data operations.

- Build secure multi-tenant SaaS applications, ensuring proper tenant-level data isolation and access control.

- Develop secure payment integrations, including checkout flows and reliable webhook processing with idempotency and retry handling.

- Identify and resolve performance issues such as N+1 queries, slow database operations, large payloads, and API latency.

- Implement observability using structured logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerts to improve system reliability.





- Contribute to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), including scalable SaaS architecture and reusable design patterns.

- Write automated tests, perform code reviews, and maintain clean, secure, and maintainable code.

- Follow spec-driven development and use AI coding assistants responsibly while maintaining complete ownership of code quality, security, and correctness.

- Work with Docker, AWS, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable application delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of professional experience developing production-grade web applications.

- Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.

- Experience developing REST APIs, asynchronous services, and dependency-injected applications.

- Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including joins, transactions, query optimization, and concurrent operations.

- Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS applications and sensitive data.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across frontend, backend, and database layers.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and AWS/cloud infrastructure.

- Good understanding of HLD, LLD, data structures, design patterns, and system scalability.

- Ability to analyze and resolve production performance issues.

Nice to Have

- Experience in healthcare, patient billing, insurance, or revenue cycle management.

- Experience with payment processors, webhooks, real-time updates, or message-based background workers.

- Exposure to AI-assisted development, LLM-based coding tools, and spec-driven engineering workflows.

- Experience designing systems for high availability, horizontal scaling, and large multi-tenant workloads.

We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can think across the complete technology stack, solve complex technical problems, make sound design decisions, and take ownership from requirements through production. Strong coding ability in React and C#, along with practical database and system-design knowledge, is essential.
