Key Responsibilities
Purchase & sales bill entry
Accurate batch number, expiry and inventory entries
Maintain party/customer ledgers
Payment entries and reconciliation
Stock and account reconciliation
GST-related documentation and coordination
Maintain proper accounting records
Follow up on pending accounting tasks
What We’re Looking For
Valuable working knowledge of Tally
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of GST and accounting
Good Excel/computer skills
Ownership mindset — follows a task through to completion
Responsible, organised and disciplined
Experience: Preferably 1–3+ years in accounting/inventory-based businesses
Work Location: Indore
