Job Summary:

Cyrix Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle reconciliations, and support statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and related documentation.
- Verify purchase invoices, expense claims, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documents.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Support payroll-related accounting activities when required.




- Provide accounting reports and financial information to management.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Qualification & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
