We are looking for responsible and hardworking Bike Riders / Delivery Riders to join our logistics and delivery operations in Bengaluru. The rider will be responsible for completing assigned delivery orders safely, efficiently, and within the required time.

Must have a 2-wheeler license and an Android phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete assigned delivery orders on time and efficiently
- Achieve the minimum requirement of 80 completed orders
- Report on time for assigned delivery slots
- Follow all traffic rules and maintain protected driving practices
- Handle the company-provided vehicle responsibly
- Maintain proper communication with the operations team
- Update order status accurately through the required application/system
- Maintain good customer service and professional behaviour
- Follow company rules, safety guidelines, and operational instructions
- Be flexible with working hours based on operational requirements

Working Slots

- Riders must be flexible to work across two delivery slots:

Slot Reporting Time:



Morning Slot 8:00 AM (compulsory)

Second Slot: 3:30 PM (compulsory)

Riders should be available for both slots as required and must follow the assigned schedule.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- Order Incentive: Additional incentive based on the number of orders completed, as per company structure
- Minimum Target: 80 orders
