About the Role
We are looking for a Pricing Executive – Sea Export to support our Sea Export Pricing team in obtaining competitive freight rates and space availability from shipping lines, NVOCCs and other service providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Obtain Sea Export freight rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders and overseas agents.
- Check space availability, sailing schedules and cut-off dates.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders and overseas agents for rates and availability.
- Provide accurate and timely rates and space information to the CS/Sales team.
- Maintain updated rate sheets, tariffs and pricing records.
- Follow up on pricing and carrier-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure timely response to pricing requests.





Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in Sea Export Pricing / Freight Forwarding.
- Valuable understanding of Sea Export processes, shipping lines and ocean freight.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Graduate in any discipline.
