Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented candidates to join our team as

Insurance Field Executives. The candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective

customers, generating leads, explaining insurance products, and converting prospects into

customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit prospective customers and corporate clients for business development.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and market activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy benefits, features, coverage, terms, and conditions to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, documentation, and policy issuance.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/mobile applications will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
