October Jaipur is looking for a smart, hands-on and organised person to join our team.

This is a multi-functional role for someone who understands fashion and technical product details, but is equally comfortable managing customers, orders and everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer care calls and queries professionally
- Coordinate online orders, packing and dispatch
- Understand garment/product specifications and technical details
- Coordinate with the team for order and product-related requirements
- Maintain and update order sheets, inventory and other data on Excel
- Follow up on orders and ensure timely dispatch
- Handle multiple responsibilities as required in a growing fashion brand

What We’re Looking For





- Background in Fashion Design preferred
- Valuable spoken and written English
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Good understanding of garments, measurements and technical details
- Organised, responsible and comfortable multitasking
- Someone who is hands-on and doesn’t believe in “this is not my job”
