Job Summary:

We are seeking 2 - 6 years experienced production-In charge to lead and manage overall Plant operation ensuring production target, cost efficiency and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Steel Plant management, production planning, manpower handling, quality standards, and process improvement to ensure smooth and efficient production activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

- Handling day to day production and manufacturing activities.
- Monitoring and achieving shift wise daily target.
- Ensuring Compliance with Safety and quality requirements.
- Supporting team coordination and shift operation.
- Handling Raw material processing and production activities.




- Willingness to work in rotational shift and across different manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliances with company SOPs, quality procedures, and workplace safety standard.
- Promoting a safe and organized work environment.
- Good Knowledge of proper implementing of 5sin the Shop Floor.

Education Knowledge: Diploma/ITI/B.E/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering(mandatory)

Skills Required:
Leadership and Team Management.
Problem-solving and decision making.
Knowledge of safety practices.
Basic Computer knowledge

Candidates working in the Sheet/Metal industry, particularly in coil manufacturing/coil processing will be preferred.
