Are you a dedicated Accounts Assistant with experience in Hospitality / Hotel sector, Resident in North Goa

We are Palm Grove Beach Resort, a boutique hotel with 19 Bungalows and a Restaurant open full year-round, located on Ashvem Beach since 2009.

Position: Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

You will be working together with our current Account Assistant and do Financial Accounting & Reporting. Budget preparation & planning. MIS: P&L;, Balance Sheet and Day to day accounts including: Generate weekly /monthly financial reports for management. Handle cash book and bank book reconciliation. Maintain files and records with precision. Coordinate and prepare financial statements and assist our Chartered Accountant (CA) when needed. Process staffs payroll.

Qualifications and Experience: A background in economics and hospitality/hotel backoffices will be given priority.

Skills: Analytical and problemsolving abilities and an effective team player capable of learning new procedures efficiently. Ability to handle challenging task and meet deadlines. Maintainging files and records.





Software Proficiency: Experience with Tally ERP 9, MS Office. Additional Requirements: Knowledge of ESIC and PF payment processingwill be given priority.

Personal Attributes: Highly trustworthy, discreet, and ethical. Positive personality with a proactive outlook.
