Saurashtra Multiventures Group is a growing multi-business enterprise. We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Operations Manager to lead and scale our Agricultural Division, overseeing both retail and wholesale distribution of agricultural products and inputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Dual-Channel Management: Oversee daily operations for both retail counter sales and B2B wholesale distribution networks.
- Supply Chain & Inventory: Lead procurement, inventory forecasting, warehouse storage, and logistics for agricultural commodities/inputs.
- Vendor & Farmer Relations: Build and maintain solid relationships with farmers, institutional clients, distributors, and agro-manufacturers.
- Sales & Field Coordination: Coordinate with field representatives and store staff to achieve sales targets and expand regional market coverage.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict quality standards for inventory and ensure compliance with trade and agricultural regulations.
- Process Optimization: Reduce transit wastage,



optimize warehousing costs, and streamline order processing from booking to delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Agro Sector Experience: Mandatory [3–5+] years of operational leadership in the agricultural sector (retail, wholesale trading, or agri-inputs).
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Agriculture (B.Sc / M.Sc Agro), Agri-Business Management (ABM), or related business field.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of agricultural supply chains, seasonal crop cycles, wholesale market pricing, and retail inventory management.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong team management abilities and fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and working English.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software / ERP systems and MS Office.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
