Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Operations with 20+ years of extensive experience in managing large-scale operations, teams, processes, and business performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership, improving efficiency, ensuring process compliance, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage multiple teams, departments, and operational functions effectively.
- Set operational KPIs and ensure achievement of business and performance targets.
- Drive process improvement, cost optimization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain SOPs, policies, systems, and operational controls.
- Monitor operational performance through regular MIS, dashboards, and management reports.




- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and operational teams.
- Coordinate with senior management and cross-functional departments including HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Administration.
- Manage budgets, manpower planning, resource allocation, and operational costs.
- Handle escalations and resolve critical operational issues in a timely manner.
- Build a strong culture of accountability, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Review business processes regularly and introduce technology/automation wherever applicable.
- Ensure customer/client satisfaction through consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹98,000.00 per month
