Sr Administrator (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Reporting Resource to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support business decision-making. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and data owners to transform raw data into meaningful insights through Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Create data models, DAX measures, KPIs, and calculated columns. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Oracle, and cloud platforms. Develop automated reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency. Analyze business requirements and convert them into reporting and visualization solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports. Optimize report performance and data refresh schedules. Create executive-level dashboards with drill-down and filtering capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide actionable insights. Document report specifications, data definitions, and reporting processes. Support UAT, production deployment, and ongoing enhancements.

Workspaces, and Row-Level Security (RLS).\\r\\nExposure to AI-enabled analytics and forecasting.\\r\\nUnderstanding of ITIL-based reporting and operational metrics.\\r\\nEducation\\r\\nBachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.\\r\\nMicrosoft Power BI certifications preferred.\\r\\nKey Deliverables\\r\\nExecutive dashboards and KPI scorecards.\\r\\nAutomated operational and financial reports.\\r\\nTrend analysis and forecasting reports.\\r\\nData quality and governance reporting.\\r\\nSLA, service delivery, asset, procurement, and financial analytics dashboards.

Skill Requirements

Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI. Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling. Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. Experience with ETL processes and data integration. Strong understanding of reporting, analytics, and dashboard design principles. Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Other Requirements

Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, Asset Management, or IT Operations reporting. Knowledge of Azure Data Services, Data Lake, or Fabric. Experience with Power BI Service, Gateway, Workspaces, and Row-Level Security (RLS). Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and forecasting. Understanding of ITIL-based reporting and operational metrics. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Microsoft Power BI certifications preferred.
