About the role

This isn't a typical influencer marketing role. It combines influencer marketing with business development.

We work with niche experts, not general influencers: coaches, creators and consultants in fields like fitness, finance, career, business and wellness who want to sell courses, 1:1 sessions or webinars, or use tools like Instagram automation and WhatsApp/email campaigns.

Your job is to bring them onto Qynko and get them actively using it.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years in influencer marketing, with hands-on experience onboarding influencers or creators
- A sharp eye for finding the right creators in a niche
- Comfortable with high-volume calling, product demos and negotiation




- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English
- Ready to work in a fast-paced startup
- Takes the lead and owns accountability for results

What you'll do

- Find the right niche creators, coaches and consultants for Qynko
- Make 50+ calls a day to reach out to them
- Understand each creator's needs and show how Qynko can help them
- Give product demos, negotiate and close deals
- Onboard creators and make sure they actually start using Qynko, not just sign up
- Keep following up and move them to paid subscription plans over time
- Approach creators for collaborations to promote Qynko, when needed
- Own your targets end to end and report directly to the founder

Good to have

- Business development or sales experience, especially in SaaS, edtech or the creator economy
- An existing network of coaches, creators or consultants
