Role Description

We are looking for a Career Advisor – US IT Staffing to guide candidates pursuing career opportunities in the US IT industry. The role involves understanding candidates skills, experience, interests, and career goals and helping them identify suitable job opportunities.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Visnagar and Ahmedabad. The Career Advisor will work closely with candidates and internal recruitment teams to provide career guidance, interview preparation, profile optimization, and continuous support throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct career counseling sessions and understand candidates career goals and expectations.
- Assess candidate profiles, skills, experience, and interests to identify suitable US IT opportunities.
- Guide candidates on career paths, job requirements, and opportunities within the US IT market.




- Assist candidates with resume and LinkedIn profile optimization.
- Provide interview preparation, coaching, and professional guidance.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand job requirements and align suitable candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up regularly with candidates and provide updates regarding their opportunities.
- Develop individual career development plans based on candidates goals.
- Contribute to candidate engagement activities, including workshops, seminars, and information sessions.
- Suggest improvements to career counseling strategies, processes, and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of career counseling, career development, and career management.
- Ability to understand candidate profiles and match them with suitable opportunities.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR, counseling, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Exposure to US IT staffing/recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site and team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in career counseling or coaching will be an added advantage.
