ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a growing technology company helping enterprises strengthen data security, improve data governance, and prepare for evolving privacy regulations.

The company is looking for a Marketing & Content Associate who can transform technical expertise, customer success stories, and business insights into engaging content that supports brand building and sales conversations.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the founding team and help shape the company's content strategy, brand voice, and marketing function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation and Brand Communication

- Write approximately three LinkedIn posts per week for the company and its leadership.
- Convert voice notes, conversations, and rough ideas into clear and engaging content.
- Create content around cybersecurity, data governance, data privacy, DSPM, DPDP compliance, and related enterprise technology topics.
- Transform existing customer success stories into polished case studies and marketing assets.
- Develop blogs, whitepapers, articles, and thought-leadership content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

1. Visual Design and Marketing Collateral

- Design LinkedIn carousels, infographics, social media graphics, and campaign creatives using Canva.
- Create and update presentations for sales meetings and business discussions.
- Develop proposal templates, brochures, one-pagers, and sales collateral.
- Create visual assets for email and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand materials.

1. Social Media and Campaign Management

- Execute a LinkedIn content strategy targeting enterprise decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and DPOs.
- Support the development of the founder's professional brand and thought leadership.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement data.
- Coordinate with the business development team to create content that supports outreach and lead generation.

1. Sales Enablement





- Create and customize proposal presentations for prospective clients.
- Develop competitive positioning documents, battlecards, and sales-support materials.
- Write content for email and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
- Maintain an organized library of reusable content, templates, and marketing assets.
- Support the sales team with relevant content for different stages of the buyer journey.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- 1–4 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably within cybersecurity, SaaS, technology services, data, or compliance.
- Strong written English and the ability to simplify technical subjects.
- A portfolio containing relevant work such as LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies, presentations, carousels, or campaign creatives.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva; familiarity with Figma is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and recreate a founder's voice and communication style.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and improving content through multiple iterations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- B2B and technical content writing
- Thought-leadership content development
- Canva and/or Figma
- LinkedIn content strategy
- Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
- Email marketing platforms such as Brevo or Mailchimp
- Basic content and campaign analytics
- Familiarity with AI-assisted writing and research tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working with cybersecurity, SaaS, technology services, or enterprise-focused companies.
- Understanding of data governance, DPDP, GDPR, privacy, or compliance-related subjects.
- Experience growing a founder's or company's LinkedIn presence.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Basic video-editing skills using tools such as Canva Video or CapCut.




- Previous experience creating content that supported lead generation or sales outreach.
