Role Description The Senior HVAC Design Engineer will lead the design and engineering of HVAC systems for pharmaceutical facilities, ensuring compliance with clean room requirements, regulatory standards, and client specifications. This full-time, on-site role is based in Indore and involves preparing detailed HVAC layouts, performing heat load and airflow calculations, and selecting appropriate equipment and controls. The role includes coordinating with architecture, structural, electrical, and MEP teams to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly into turnkey projects. The Senior HVAC Design Engineer will review technical drawings,



develop design documentation, support installation and commissioning, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. The position also requires regular interaction with clients, participation in design reviews, and contribution to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

- Strong expertise in HVAC Design and HVAC systems for pharmaceutical clean rooms and controlled environments.
- Mechanical Engineering background with proven experience in system design, sizing, and equipment selection.
- Proficiency in engineering Calculations related to heat load, airflow, duct sizing, and energy efficiency.
- Working knowledge of Plumbing interfaces and coordination with MEP services in industrial or pharmaceutical projects.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience with relevant codes, standards, and GMP requirements for pharmaceutical facilities.
- Ability to read and develop detailed engineering drawings using CAD or similar design tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional project teams and clients.
- Prior experience in turnkey or EPC projects for pharmaceutical or process industries is an advantage.
