Role Description This full-time, on-site Studio Manager (Landscape Architecture) role is based in Mumbai. The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, coordinate project workflows, and support landscape architecture teams in delivering high-quality design solutions. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets; facilitating internal and external communication; and ensuring documentation and deliverables meet professional standards. The role involves guiding team members, supporting client interactions, assisting with proposals, and collaborating closely with leadership to maintain design quality and studio efficiency.



The Studio Manager will also help align studio processes with GSA's sustainability and collaborative design values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership and Project Management skills to coordinate studio resources, guide team members, and oversee project delivery.
- Candidates should possess Sales and business development skills to support proposal preparation, client presentations, and relationship-building.
- Relevant experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or allied disciplines, with familiarity in managing design or planning projects.
- Proficiency with project coordination tools and basic understanding of design software commonly used in landscape architecture studios.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Architecture, Planning, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainable design principles and collaborative, interdisciplinary work.
