Role Description The Operations Specialist (Food Industry) role at Vayir Foods is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards. The Operations Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, track performance metrics, and support process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce waste. The role includes working closely with sales and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate documentation, and effective communication between internal stakeholders and external partners. The individual will also assist with basic project coordination tasks,



maintain operational reports, and support implementation of new systems or procedures.
