Role Description The Marketing Intern role at Gola Sizzlers is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will support daily marketing activities, including assisting with promotional campaigns, helping manage social media content, and coordinating in-restaurant marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, gathering customer feedback, and preparing simple reports on campaign performance. The intern will also help the sales and customer service teams with materials and messaging to improve guest engagement and brand visibility. This role offers hands-on experience in restaurant marketing and exposure to both digital and on-ground promotional efforts.

Qualifications

- Camera-Friendly: Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in reels, videos, and other social media content.
- Social Media & Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of Instagram and emerging social media trends, with the ability to identify trends and understand their relevance to brands rather than simply consuming content.




- Content Creation: Ability to conceptualise, shoot, and create engaging content for Instagram, including reels, stories, and trend-led formats.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to generate fresh and relevant content ideas and contribute to campaign ideation and execution.
- Digital & Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with Instagram, current content formats, trending audio, memes, and other social media trends.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, creators, and other stakeholders.
- Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing, market research, campaign planning, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Work Environment: Ability to work full-time on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.
- Educational Qualification: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Customer Orientation: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to support guest interactions and on-ground marketing activities.
