Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills, preferably with experience in the automobile/EV or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Handle manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Manage employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Conduct performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Manage employee engagement and retention activities.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower and HR requirements.
- Support disciplinary procedures and workplace policies.
- Manage HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the HR department.

Education:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
