PRONATIVE AI is an AI-Native Engineering Foundry dedicated to transforming high-potential software engineers into elite system builders who will drive the autonomous industry shift.

We are not a traditional school or training institute. We operate as a high-intensity, 100% hands-on production foundry focused on live-code execution, architectural excellence and practical mentorship.

Our curriculum covers AI-Assisted and AI-Native Engineering, including agentic coding, autonomous multi-agent systems, tool-calling workflows, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agentic DevOps, production LLMOps and enterprise AI governance.

Our proprietary Foundry Copilot automates training administration and monitors real-time learning telemetry, enabling trainers to focus entirely on engineering, live coding and learner outcomes.

As part of the PRONATIVE AI Trainer Academy, we are hiring Full time AI Engineering Trainers in Bengaluru (Hybrid).

The Compensation Model: Stability + High Earning Potential

- Fixed Full-Time Base Salary: A competitive monthly salary covering technical learning, curriculum ownership, coaching and quality standards.
- Priority Batch Allocation: First preference for delivering enterprise and student cohorts.
- Delivery Pay per Batch: Additional compensation for every eligible student cohort or enterprise batch delivered.





What You'll Own

- Lead AI-Assisted or AI-Native Cohorts or Both: Deliver hands-on instruction covering Inner Loop and Outer Loop workflows, agentic coding, spec-driven development, MCP, tool calling, multi-agent architectures, Agentic RAG, Agentic DevOps and production LLMOps.
- Anchor the Teaching Standard: Coach, review and certify PRONATIVE AI's expanding network of contractual trainers.
- Strengthen the Curriculum: Continuously improve technical content, labs, repositories and training environments based on emerging AI engineering practices.

You may work with technologies and platforms such as OpenCode, Claude, Cursor, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure AI, AWS, GCP, GitHub and NVIDIA.

Ideal Fit

- Experienced Engineer: Five or more years of experience in full-stack, backend, platform, cloud or software engineering.
- AI Practitioner: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools, Agentic AI systems or production AI applications.
- Trainer: Proven track record of—or a strong willingness to—train, upskill, and deliver technical training.
- Production Builder: Practical experience deploying applications using cloud platforms, APIs, CI/CD workflows or Agentic DevOps practices.
- Continuous Learner: Strong interest in keeping pace with rapidly evolving AI technologies, frameworks and engineering practices
