About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager Homecare to oversee the overall maintenance and facility operations of residential properties. The role involves ensuring a secure, clean, well-maintained and comfortable environment for residents while maintaining high service standards.

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day facility operations of residential properties/projects.

Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, MEP services, landscaping and common area upkeep.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth facility operations and timely service delivery.





Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, equipment and amenities.

Handle resident/occupant complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain service standards, operational records, AMC contracts and vendor performance.

Monitor facility expenses, consumables and maintenance budgets.

Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and facility management requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams, society representatives and residents for operational matters.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper functioning of all facilities.

Key Requirement

Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably with a real estate developer or residential project.

Good knowledge of homecare/home maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical, civil, carpentry, appliance and general household maintenance.

Strong vendor management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle residents professionally and resolve issues efficiently.

Good knowledge of MS Office and facility management systems.
