The Tech & Infrastructure You Will Use

Key Responsibilities

- Live Instruction: Deliver highly interactive, live online German language modules from A1 to B2 level tailored to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- Medical Specialization: Seamlessly integrate technical medical vocabulary, hospital documentation practices,



and clinical roleplays into standard grammar tracks.
- Assessment Management: Utilize the LMS to administer regular internal simulation exams at the end of each module to guarantee passing rates for official board certifications.
- Cultural Mentorship: Prepare adult learners for real-life workplace dynamics, integration, and cultural nuances within the German healthcare environment.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed digital attendance and performance reports via our automated LMS workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Language Proficiency: Minimum C1/C2 level or Native German speaker with excellent command over English to support international learners.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in German Linguistics, DaF/DaZ certification, or an equivalent educational qualification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience teaching adult learners online (experience preparing healthcare workers for the licensing pathway is a significant advantage).
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable using advanced LMS tools, virtual whiteboards, and AI-driven educational software.
