Candidate Sourcing: Find job seekers using portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and university job boards.
Visa Guidance: Understand U.S. work authorizations like OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, and H4 EAD.
Pipeline Management: Maintain active communication with candidates to prevent drop-outs before placement.
Tax & Rate Negotiation: Discuss contract terms including W-2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099.
Collaboration:
Pay: ₹15,283.81 - ₹32,133.12 per month
