We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to take ownership of inventory operations across our retail, wholesale, warehouse, stores, events, and logistics network.

With approximately 16,000 active SKUs, this is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure, accuracy, and accountability to a fast-moving inventory environment.

What You'll Do

- Own inventory accuracy across physical stock and system records.
- Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes, not just make adjustments.
- Improve warehouse organization, bin/location management, labeling, and stock traceability.
- Manage Transfer Orders, store pull-outs, inter-store transfers, and event inventory.
- Establish cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory control procedures.
- Monitor and improve WMS/ERP transactions, including Dynamics 365.
- Strengthen controls for damaged, obsolete, returned, gifted, and FOC inventory.
- Lead inventory planning and coordinate requirements with Product, Warehouse, Logistics, Stores, IT, Finance, and Events.
- Identify process gaps and implement practical solutions to reduce errors and inventory losses.
- Train and hold teams accountable for inventory and SOP compliance.

What We're Looking For

- 8–12 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, supply chain,



or retail operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience managing large SKU volumes and multi-location inventory.
- Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
- Robust knowledge of stock counts, cycle counts, reconciliations, transfers, and inventory controls.
- Experience managing inventory teams.
- Retail, wholesale, FMCG, fashion, or consumer products experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and process-driven approach.
