Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Accounting Process (BAP) Trainer to deliver a 52-hour instructor-led training program in Bangalore.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering the complete BAP curriculum through a combination of conceptual sessions, practical exercises, business case studies, demonstrations, and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver the complete 52-hour BAP training program as per the provided curriculum and session plan.
- Conduct approximately 7 hours of training per day across 8 training days.
- Explain accounting, financial management, financial analysis, and corporate finance concepts using practical business examples.
- Conduct hands-on activities, exercises, case studies, and assessments.
- Provide practical exposure to financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Demonstrate the use of MS Excel for financial analysis and modelling.
- Cover relevant accounting and finance technology, including accounting software, cloud accounting, and ERP concepts.
- Provide an overview of SAP FICO and its application in business accounting processes.
- Introduce learners to financial reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Address business ethics and cybersecurity considerations within accounting and financial operations.
- Assess learner understanding through activities, assignments, quizzes, and/or practical assessments.
- Maintain training attendance, session records, and learner progress.
- Ensure timely completion of the entire curriculum within the scheduled training dates.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting and finance.
- 3+ years of relevant industry and/or training experience preferred.
- Prior experience delivering corporate, skilled, or academic training.
- Strong command of MS Excel, particularly financial analysis and modelling.
- Working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Exposure to SAP FICO, QuickBooks, Xero and/or Tableau is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them through practical business examples.
- Comfortable conducting classroom-based, instructor-led training in Bangalore.

Trainer Availability

The trainer must be available for the complete training engagement from 21 September 2026 to 29 September 2026, as per the scheduled training plan.
