Key Responsibilities

Track 100% of daily Shopify orders and their current status.

Coordinate closely with Customer Care, Inventory, Warehouse and Dispatch teams.

Verify whether every order has been properly confirmed by Customer Care.

Track every pending order and identify the exact reason for non-dispatch or delay.

Check and report the daily difference between Shopify Order Value and Actual Dispatch Value.

Investigate cancellations and unexplained order holds.

Follow up with the concerned department until pending issues are resolved.

Prepare a concise daily Order vs Dispatch MIS report for management.
