We're an influencer marketing agency working with consumer brands across beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness and FMCG. We activate thousands of creators a month, which means a lot of data to keep clean and a lot of creators to keep talking to.

About the role

Two halves. The first is keeping our creator database and campaign trackers accurate — because a campaign runs on the quality of its data, and one wrong entry means a product dispatched to the wrong address. The second is being the person creators actually talk to: onboarding them, answering their questions, chasing their content, keeping the community warm.

If you're organised, quick with a spreadsheet, and genuinely don't mind talking to people all day, this role suits you.

What you'll do

Data

- Maintain the creator database — profiles, handles, follower counts, engagement rates, addresses, bank details
- Update campaign trackers daily — dispatch status, delivery status, content status, live links
- Verify creator details before dispatch so nothing goes to a wrong address
- Log orders,



reviews and reimbursements accurately
- Flag gaps, duplicates and inconsistencies rather than letting them sit

Community

- Onboard new creators and walk them through the process
- Answer creator queries on WhatsApp and email
- Manage campaign WhatsApp groups and the community channel
- Follow up with creators on pending content and live links
- Collect and verify submissions
- Escalate anything that needs a manager

What we're looking for

- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets — filters, sorting, basic formulas
- Genuinely accurate with data. You notice when something looks wrong
- Clear communication in Hindi and English, written and spoken
- Patient — you'll answer the same question many times
- Organised enough to track hundreds of open conversations
- Freshers welcome. Any graduate disciplince

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
