Junior Captains

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting guests & taking orders accurately, handling special requests from guests.

- Ensure timely food delivery through effective communication between kitchen & service department.

- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to hotel service standards.

- Oversee daily restaurant service, assign duties to service staff, and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in hotel restaurant.

- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.

- Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).

- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
